Refund Policy

At Peridot, we strive for complete satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:

1. Project Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your project before development begins (within 24 hours of payment), you are eligible for a full refund.

2. Development Phase

Once development has commenced, refunds are pro-rated based on the amount of work completed. Due to the fast-paced nature of our 7-day sprints, full refunds are generally not available after day 2.
